C2 - Frame
It’s a bar bearing support equipped with a roller. It can be used in addition to the roller table. It should be suitably ballasted or fixed to the floor. Roller 550 mm wide, max load 750 Kg, H min 840 mm / H max 1.015 mm.

LX - Laser lighting for cutting line
The option LX facilitates the operator during the cutting phase: a luminous red line (laser light) is projected on the piece locked in the vice to exactly display where the blade will make the cut.

With the option MT-A, teleassistance module, the machine can be connected to the internet in order to receive technical support from remote or through cooperation online.

MV-AVD - Oleodynamic device bundle cutting
We recommend using this optional for strip cutting. Take special care when strip cutting round bars as the round bar could accidentally slip, thus breaking the sawband teeth.

NB1 Box-NB2 Box - Sprayer for blade lubrification
The band saw machine can be equipped of a blade and cutting cooling device. To improve the cutting quality and reduce pollution risk, moreover to avoid the risk of pools of cooling liquid on the floor (possible cause of accidental falls), we suggest to use the NB optional.

RP1G-RP2G - Roller tables
Roller table available in units 1 meter long each with idle rollers 400 mm wide and loading capacity of 300 Kg/m. Maximum height h=1000mm, minimal height h=910mm.

RPM 2 - Vice pressure adjustment
This optional allows you to adjust the pressure of the clamping of the cutter vice and the carriage vice. Adjustment must be made separately for each vice and is done by hand, using the handwheel of the valve. The pressure gauge lets you read the pressure change (in bar).

VAT - Cutting angle display
Allows to read, by means of a digital display, the cutting angle with an accuracy to tenths of a degree. With the graduated plate placed the standard machines, this is not possible. It also allows a good view of reading in low light.
